No more delays in trying to contact a booking agent or waiting ages for an email or phone call confirming a potential reservation. Customers can access private and public recreational spaces conveniently through a mobile app on their phone.
The unmanned system offers the possibility of selling a rechargeable access ticket on-site through self-service kiosks which can also be recharged either at the self-service kiosk or through the mobile app.

The monthly cost for receptionists at recreational facilities is roughly €700. With an unmanned system, these costs can be reduced or even eliminated. These savings help to minimise the time required to recover the initial cost of investment while eliminating the need to rely on employees to keep operations running smoothly.

The mobile app contains an access key to the center premises, displayed only to customers with a registered identity. The app is available for both Android and Apple iOS devices.
Continuous operation 24/7 allows the sports venue to be visited whenever the athlete needs it. There is no need to wait for the receptionist to hand over the key to the athlete.
